Formed in 2011, the four piece operate on a different wave-length to the generic chug that currently floods the hardcore scene. Death by Death Ray are Melbourne's own answer to groups like Refused, Every Time I Die, Gallows and The Bronx. Like a war on currents you'll find scores of white noise counteracting pop melodies, and anthems about nothing-in-particular filled with subliminal political messages.
